What is your return policy?

Dream Ridge Jewelry gladly accepts returns of merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging with no signs of wear. If any of these requirements are not fulfilled, the return may not be processed.

Any item marked 'Sale' are non-returnable.

 

How can I return an item?
For US returns please contact us at info@dreamridgejewelry.com and we will provide you with a return label. Please make sure to include your name and order number in your email.
For US returns a $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

How do I return an item if I am outside of the US?
At this time, we are unable to issue return labels for orders shipped outside of the US. To send your return back, contact us at info@dreamridgejewelry.com and we’ll email you the return instructions. Please use a carrier of your choice with a traceable tracking number to ensure delivery. If a return is unable to be tracked, Dream Ridge Jewelry will not be able to process your return. Dream Ridge Jewelry is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

I returned my item, when will it be processed?
Once your order arrives back to us, it can take up to 5-10 business days for it to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your refund details. Original shipping charges or return shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

 

What is your exchange policy?
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. Please make a new purchase.
